Can you believe it's been a year since Corey Monteith's tragic and unexpected death? 365 short days are not enough time to truly find your feet after the death of a loved one, and Lea Michele's Twitter tribute to her late boyfriend shows the depth of her sorrow a year on.
The actress posted a picture of her nestling into Monteith in front of a scenic sunset with the poignant words of;
We hold you in our hearts today, and every day we remember your smile. We will love you and miss you always.
She also posted another sunset portrait her and Monteith on Instagram that was captioned with a simple heart.
Monteith died in Vancouver on July 13th last year from an overdose of heroin and alcohol. The 31-year-old actor had previously sought help for his addiction in rehab facilities, and it's thought that the [Glee](movie:718630) star died of an accidental overdose as opposed to a deliberate suicide.
