These are my reasons why Spidey shouldn't go back to Marvel or just right now. Sorry everyone, I have edited this article with better grammar than before. I actually created this article at 1 o'clock in the morning so it is a little sloppy but I will keep editing it everytime time I find more bad grammar and other things. I realized I should have waited to publish. Thank you.

He Doesn't Fit:

Spidey doesnt fit in the MCU; we learned from [The Amazing Spider-Man 2](movie:508593) that the Chitauri attack never happened in New York City, so from that we can believe that Spidey isn't in the same universe or S.H.I.E.L.D. cleaned up the mess pretty good. So if we will ever see Spidey in the MCU he would probably be a rebooted version of the character, meaning it would be a long time in seeing Spidey. Since it would confuse the general audience if Sony rented him out and there is two Spideys but different actors.

Not Enough Much Room:

Marvel already has so many properties on their plate that we can live without seeing Spidey in the MCU. Marvel has plans until 2021, would they ruin their plans for just one character? They would have to change up the stuff to make him fit in their universe. So if they buy Spidey we will probably have to see him after 2021.

Actors and Actresses:

[The Amazing Spider-Man](movie:45497) universe actors and actresses are very true to their original source material in my opinion. We can not lose all of these great actors and actresses so soon. I stated above that there is a possiblity in losing them if Spidey gets reverted back to Marvel and we can not let that happen because Andrew Garfield IS SPIDER-MAN.

Why Not See Where Sony Goes:

Why not see where they go; Sony already has so many plans for their universe, Venom and [Sinister Six](movie:1274281) for example. I wonder how awesome the films are going to turn out. But if Spidey gets reverted back to Marvel we will probably not see those titles any time soon or probably will never see those titles. Losing a Venom film would crush me. It would be great to see him in a stand-alone film than just watching him as a side-side-character in Spider-Man 3 (2007).

TASM's Universe Is Perfect:

Everything they have done in the universe is perfect to me; everything, every actor, every story is perfect in this universe. I know that most people are bashing on the second film but I really enjoyed the film and everyone I've face to face talked to also loved it. These films are a huge step up from the originals. But lets get this straight I grew up on the original trilogy, so when I heard the news about the rebooted I was furious I was still holding on hope on a Spider-Man 4 but when I sat in that theater chair on that thursday night opening showing, I came out that theater amazed of how great the film was. That weekend I rewatched the original trilogy and found out that the first film was really cheesy, Tobey Macguire was way too awkward in most scenes I wanted to yell at my TV "What are you doing!!!?", it felt too rushed with the spider bite, and MJ was just another damsel in distress. Spider-Man 2 (2004) and Spider-Man 3 (2007) lacked character developments in their villains (yes, Spider-Man 2 I knew that it is really good film but I'm not bashing on acting I just didn't feel for Doc Oc's character in that film). So far they have made the right moves in their new universe. Also they're building something great and hopefully they don't give up like a lot of people want them to.
