I'm flipping out here! This is our very first official image from Avengers: Age of Ultron, as well as the first look at Ultron with full CGI, as well as Iron Man's new suit and Captain America's new hairstyle. This Entertainment magazine cover has been confirmed by the official Marvel twitter account. It's also important to point out that the cover states that this is a "Comic-Con preview" guaranteeing that this is nowhere near the amount of beautiful images they have prepared to show us in two weeks.
In the background of the image you can also see Ultron's army of look-alike robots glowing a blue color rather than a red to distinguish him from the others. A label over one of their heads clearly reads "Domo Arigato" which is a phrase in Japanese which means "thanks a lot", and all I can think of now is the phrase on the [Guardians of the Galaxy](movie:424073) poster saying "You're Welcome". We know the some of the cast and crew went to South Korea to film part of the movie: are the robots Japanese or South Korean?
Ultron's design is much more sleek than I was expecting, and seems to be a much different version than the design we saw on the mask of the on-set Ultron. Could this be proof that the leaks suggesting Ultron updates his suit throughout the film be accurate?
From the looks of the Ultron army, I'd say that they look to be about 50% armor, and 50% wires. These bots bare a resemblance to the cover art for Iron Man 3, which only makes you wonder if this army could have been built from the pieces of the Iron Man suits Tony blew up at the end of the third Iron Man film.
[The Avengers: Age Of Ultron](movie:293035) hits theaters next summer on May 1st, 2015.
