Kevin Feige was recently asked about the possibility of an Iron Man 4. With Robert Downey Jr.'s contract only including the completion of Avengers 2 (which he finished a few weeks ago) as well as [The Avengers 3](movie:738027), we've thought Iron Man 4 wasn't on the table anymore, as Robert Downey Jr would likely leave the Marvel Cinematic Universe after his contract completion. However, it seems like Avengers 3 may not be the completion of Iron Man after all!

When asked about the possibility of [Iron Man 4](movie:886190), Kevin Feige had this to say:

Of course anything’s a possibility. Who the heck knows? We have a lot of work to go to finish Avengers 2. We have a lot of work for whatever Avengers 3 is, that’s all folks need to know. Who knows what happens after that.

With Iron Man's comics being rebooted soon, similar to Thor who will now be a woman, and the Falcon's Sam Wilson becoming Captain America, could we expect to see Iron Man getting a new secret identity? If Robert Downey Jr were to turn down the potential to return as Iron Man, we may very well be getting Iron Man 4 as a completely new actor portraying the next person to have the Iron Man suit in the comics! Read more here.

Meanwhile, Kevin Feige also had some updates for us on [Thor 3](movie:956858) and Captain America 3:

Both in development, both in the works. Cap has already been announced, so that’s up first. That’s in a further stage. Thor is being outlined right now, so both in the works.

It's highly believed that with the returning villain of Crossbones, Steve Rogers will die in the third installment of the franchise and Bucky Barnes (The Winter Soldier) will become the next Captain America as was done in the comics. As for Thor 3, while nothing has been suggested, rumors have suggested villains such as the Enchantress, Surtur, and Ragnarok being the focus of the third installment. However, with the development process in its early stages, nothing is finalized yet.

What would you like to see from these three movies? Can we expect news on this at Comic-Con later this week? Let us know in the comments below!
