Without a doubt THE most eagerly anticipated event at this year's San Diego Comic-Con is AMC's [The Walking Dead](series:201193) panel. It's rumored to feature most of the cast and the first official trailer for the upcoming Season 5 of the show.

You'll need to get up pretty early to make sure you get a seat for the panel itself, but something else has just crossed my lap that might be a little bit more interesting than listening to the cast talk about their filming experiences...

Our Editor-In-Chief, Alisha, received a tip regarding AMC's plans for the 'fan experience' side of things at the con from one of our friends. It looks like AMC is going all out to provide the biggest and best Walking Dead experience possible.

Yes! It looks like AMC are putting together something truly special this year.

Terminus and its (unconfirmed but they probably totally are) cannibals are coming to San Diego!

I can't spot a padlocked shipping container that would potentially contain our captured survivors, but obviously the set isn't fully finished being built yet.

Previous SDCC 'fan experiences' for [The Walking Dead](series:201193) have included a fully explorable prison set and, most memorably in the show's freshman year, the iconic 'Don't Open, Dead Inside' door and the 'suicide room' with a final message written in blood on the wall.

It remains to be seen as to whether the Terminus set will be explorable, just for looking at its pretty exterior, or something else entirely. All I know is, seeing them building this thing in San Diego has got me very, very excited!

[The Walking Dead](series:201193) is coming to Hall H for a dedicated panel on Friday, July 25 at 12:20 pm PDT. Expect the first trailer for Season 5 sometime around the same time. We'll have it up on the site as soon as zombily possible.
