Recently Kevin Feige said in an interview:

"I particularly enjoy making Avengers films as you see the individual films first showing off the characters, and then you see the Avengers film which brings them all together."

What does this mean?

Well if you think about all of the films Marvel have announced, such as Ant-Man, Black Panther and Doctor Strange you can see that it is likely that all of these characters are going to be featured in The Avengers 3.

But wait! What about all of the other untitled films leading up to 2019?

Yes, recently Marvel have announced eight untitled films leading up to 2019, after Captain America 3. Here they are:

  • Guardians of the Galaxy: August 1, 2014
  • Avengers: Age Of Ultron: May 1, 2015
  • Ant-Man: July 17, 2015
  • Captain America 3: May 6, 2016
  • Untitled Film: July 8, 2016
  • Untitled Film: May 5, 2017
  • Untitled Film: July 28, 2017
  • Untitled Film: November 3, 2017
  • Untitled Film: May 4, 2018
  • Untitled Film: July 6, 2018
  • Untitled Film: November 2, 2018
  • Untitled Film: May 3, 2019

So what could these mysterious untitled films be?

We know that some of them are going to be Ant-Man, Black Panther and Doctor Strange because they've all been announced. We also know that two of them will be Guardians of the Galaxy 2 and The Avengers 3. But what about the rest? I've made a list of which films I think some of them could be.

Thor 3: Ragnarok

Spoilers ahead!!!!!! Do not read any further if you do not want the comic (or Movie?...) spoiled for you.

This movie has all but been announced with Marvel hiring Craig Kyle and Christopher Yost to write the script which is rumoured to be an adaptation of the comic Ragnarok. Now in the comics this is where Thor, Loki and Odin are all slain in battle. But wait a minute! I thought at the end of Thor 2: The Dark World that we saw Loki sitting on the throne disguised as Odin? Yeah we did. So this leaves Odin's whereabouts unknown but I think that in Thor 3 he will return to Asgard (and probably beat up Loki for a bit) but then Thor, Loki and Odin will have to fight together to defend Asgard. During the battle Odin will be killed as he is not a prominent character in the Marvel cinematic universe like Thor and Loki are. That's all that I'm speculating on the film because I don't want to get into the whole emotional storyline and who fights who, but this is probably what Thor 3 will be about. What do you think? Comment down below.

Next up is the recently announced film...

Guardians of the Galaxy 2

Before Guardians of the Galaxy has actually been commercially released, Marvel has already announced a sequel to this likely blockbuster. This film was said to be the most risky, and least likely to succeed film Marvel has made yet. But this theory has been proven wrong by people who have seen the film already, and are saying that it is the greatest film that Marvel has ever made. I'm really looking forward to seeing this movie, as it looks like the perfect mix of sic-fi, action and comedy. Many people have been speculating that the Guardians of the Galaxy 2 could have the Hulk as one of the main characters in it, as they are hoping for a Planet Hulk movie which has been made possible by the Guardians of the Galaxy. Some people are starting to say that at the end of the Avengers Age of Ultron, Hulk is blasted into space where he could meet the Guardians of the Galaxy. Now that is a film I want to see.

Next we have...

Iron Man 4

I know, I know, I know... Robert Downey Junior's contract ends after the Avengers 3, but recent comments from Marvel genius Kevin Feige and RDJ have somewhat dismissed the previous ideas that he would never return to the role of Tony Stark after his contract ends after the Avengers 3 . Could RDJ be up for one last bit of fun in his iron suit? I certainly hope so.

To diversify the Marvel Cinematic Universe up comes...

Ms. Marvel

To respond to Batman Vs Superman's Gal Gadot as Wonderwoman, Marvel should finally make a female lead solo film. Ms. Marvel (or Carol Danvers) is the perfect person to do this with. Rumours have surfaced that she may be in Avengers Age of Ultron, as Joss Whedon has told us that there will be four big female characters in the film. Could one of them be Ms. Marvel? I think so.

The Inhumans

The Inhumans are possibly the coolest group of superheroes around. They are the result of a Kree experiment on humans using Terrigen Mist (a Kree thing, I won't go into the details of it). The thing that makes them really cool is that they do not trust humans, meaning it will make a whole new type of superhero film genre, where they aren't exactly the "World's mightiest heroes." This film, yet again has been made possible by the existence of the Guardians franchise.

And last but most definitely not least...

The Avengers 3

This is possibly going to be the biggest ever film, and for a reason. If my theory is correct it will feature every single one of the people I have just talked about, making it the biggest ever superhero film of all time. Not only would it feature everyone here but, if Marvel carry on going the way they are going, then it could also feature Adam Warlock and Nova , as they are some of the most important people in the overthrow of Thanos in the Infinity Gauntlet; which by the way the films are going seems like the inevitable finale for series.

Here's what I think the order of all the films will be.

  • Guardians of the Galaxy: August 1, 2014
  • Avengers: Age Of Ultron: May 1, 2015
  • Ant-Man: July 17, 2015
  • Captain America 3: May 6, 2016
  • Doctor Strange: July 8, 2016
  • Thor 3: May 5, 2017
  • Ms. Marvel: July 28, 2017
  • Guardians of the Galaxy 2: November 3, 2017
  • Black Panther: May 4, 2018
  • Iron Man 4: July 6, 2018
  • The Inhumans: November 2, 2018
  • Avengers 3: The Infinity Gauntlet: May 3, 2019

What do you guys think? Which Marvel movie are you most excited for?
