Do you remember where you were the first time Freddy Krueger kept you awake at night? This year, the Nightmare on Elm Street franchise celebrates its 30th anniversary, and what better way to celebrate than in the presence of Freddy himself, Mister Robert Englund? Beginning August 21 and running through August 25, Film4 FrightFest in London will host Mr. Englund as one of their guests of honor, alongside a host of other notable industry celebrities, directors, and producers.

In addition to the NOES anniversary celebration, Englund will also be in London to promote his newest film, The Last Showing. The Last Showing stars Englund as a projectionist with designs on directing his own horror movie using a theater's security cameras, and instigating some real life horror of his own. Those lucky enough to be in London shouldn't miss out on this awesome opportunity!

Also showing at Film4 FrightFest are Adam Wingard's The Guest, Nacho Vigalondo's three movies, Open Windows, Extraterrestrial, and V/H/S: Viral, and comic book icon Alan Moore who will be talking about his short film Show Pieces with director Mitch Jenkins.
