Bad news, everybody...

Y'know that Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice footage that was screened at Comic-Con?

Yes Ben, we know YOU do.
Yes Ben, we know YOU do.

Y'know, the footage with the Bat-Signal, and Batman, and Superman all aglow with anger and what not?

Yeah, we're never going to get to see it.

Speaking to Variety, Sue Kroll - Warner Brothers' President of worldwide marketing and international distribution - revealed that the video was a Comic-Con exclusive - which means that HD version we've all been dreaming of? Not going to happen:

“That’s just going to live in that hall. We’ll post extended trailers and stills, but that presentation, that was just for those fans.”

So that glimpse of Batman's armored suit? That's about all we're going to get - unless some handy soul happens to 'accidentally' leak a full HD version.

Or, y'know, any version at all:

Because otherwise, the next year of waiting for a teaser trailer is going to feel an awful lot like this:

  SNYDERRRRR!
SNYDERRRRR!

[Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice](movie:711870) is set for release May 6, 2016 - with a trailer hopefully on its way a whole lot sooner...
