In the wake of the Kristen Stewart/Rupert Sanders scandal of 2012, a lot of people wondered what would happen to the Snow White and the Huntsman sequel, The Huntsman, and the rumored spin-off movie, for that matter. Would Sanders be back, would Stewart be back, would neither return?

Well, now we know. Chris Hemsworth and Charlize Theron are reprising their characters from Snow White and the Huntsman for a spin-off movie. The two stars will be back as hero and villain without Snow White, who was portrayed by KStew in the 2012 flick.

The original grabbed the headlines when Stewart was caught smooching with director Rupert Sanders. The fling ended his marriage with Liberty Ross and her romance with Twilight co-star Robert Pattinson. Still, aside from the press coverage, I don't really know why the movie is getting a sequel. It was a decent, visually pleasing movie at best - and Hemsworth's Huntsman certainly didn't make me think "wow, this guy needs his own movie".

That said, Frank Darabont is said to be behind The Huntsman, which makes me think it isn't just going to be a total paycheck movie for everyone involved. If you don't know who Darabont is, I'll tell you this: Go and watch The Green Mile, The Walking Dead, and The Shawshank Redemption and just try and tell me that guy doesn't provide for a crackin' show.

With Charlize and Chris back, do you think The Huntsman will deliver?
