I've said it before and I'll say it again, many times - fandoms are full of smart, talented people, and they always seem to find great ways to express their love for the movies and TV dear to their hearts. Even if it's in ways you wouldn't necessarily expect.
In that vein, the Orange is the New Black girls might not be Disney princess material, but here they're captured in a way that suggests that kind of 2D-animated style, while keeping their individual features, expressions and personalities.
Fan artist Andrea Vasquez has done an amazing job turning live-action subjects and real people into stylized but totally recognizable art pieces. Do yourself a favor, check out the rest of her adorable and well-done art! I'm always impressed by artists who can maintain their own style but draw recognizable human beings. It's a great example of good artistry, and of dedicated, talented fandom.
It's not something I would have otherwise thought of, but it also makes me kind of want an animated OitNB version - or at the very least to see this artist's take on the rest of the characters.
