It has been far too long since we last heard from the drama-stricken Crawley family. Thankfully, long-awaited updates, sneak peeks, and teasers have finally been released!

Check them out below!

Carson sounds somewhat down-trodden in this 20 second teaser video:

Looks like little George Crawley got most of his genes from daddy, the late Matthew Crawley. Lady Mary's little one and the current heir to the family fortune will be played by the three-year-old twins Oliver and Zac Barker.

He looks just like Matthew!
He looks just like Matthew!

With the drama in the abbey on the rise, Matthew gone, and little Sybil to raise, Tom finally realizes his place at Downton. Four-year-old Fifi Hart will be taking over the role of the young Sybbie Branson.

After finally accepting and moving on from Matthew's death, Mary is once again being pursued by every man within a 50 mile radius of the abbey. Who will she choose? The charming and determined Viscount Gillingham or the "pig man" Charles Blake?

Seriously? How many more guys are going to propose?
Seriously? How many more guys are going to propose?

What's this? A mysterious visit to a prison by a mysterious woman? Is it Anna still dealing with her traumatic rape by Gillingham's valet Green or is it Edith receiving news about Michael Gregson's strange disappearance?

Who could this be?
Who could this be?

After enduring unbearable depression, Isobel Crawley has at last been able to accept Matthew's death. Can either Dr. Clarkson or Lord Merton fill the hole left in her heart by Matthew?

Could love be in the air?
Could love be in the air?

This is probably the most interesting image of all (other than the "P.S." one at the bottom of this article). Who's this new guy making Cora smile so dang big? Other than the fact that he is an art historian and guest at the abbey, we unfortunately probably won't find out much more about Simon Bricker until January since Richard E. Grant (who plays Mr. Bricker) has been told his "knees will be taken off" if he gives away an juicy secrets.

What on earth is going on here?!?!
What on earth is going on here?!?!

To finish off, I leave you all with a short clip of the cast filming season 5 at Bampton. Enjoy! :D

Season 5 of Julian Fellowes's Downton Abbey premieres January 4, 2015, and it can't come soon enough!

P.S.

Is there are particular reason Edith is sitting on Tom...??? O_o

uhhhhhh...what?
