Well, this makes living in a shitty apartment look somewhat brighter.

Fighting for the title of least sinister horror movie title ever is 2 Bedroom 1 Bath, a joint production by Al Bravo Studios and Chemical Mind Studios.

The synopsis goes something like this:

Rachel (Hicks) and Kevin Foster (Walker) have finally found the ideal apartment where they can build a future and raise their children. Strange occurrences in the apartment begin to invade Kevin’s dreams and challenge Rachel’s sanity. The hauntings are so terrorizing that Kevin is forced to delve into the history of their new home, and he uncovers a shocking past that threatens to destroy his and Rachel’s future.

"Gosh darn, I just got stabbed in the face again."

"I knew we should have bought somewhere with a third bedroom!"

As we're expertly alerted to multiple times in the trailer, 2 Bedroom 1 Bath is that unique combination of vengeful midwives, a $10 keyboard soundtrack and home renovation.

Let's hope there's not a pool house, or there might be a sequel.
