Before reading this article, I want to clarify that this is in noway proof that Evangeline Lilly‘s character in “Ant-Man,” Hope Van Dyne, will take on the identity made famous by her mother... But it hardly seems coincidental...

Evangeline Lilly has taken to instagram to upload some rather 'Wasp-ish' looking hairstyles that she is rocking for the forthcoming Ant-Man film. The Hobbit: Battle Of The Five Armies actress has been cast as 'Hope Van-Dyne' in the new Marvel picture, but could these images be significant evidence that she will become the MCU version of the superheroine 'Wasp'?

She also took time out to snap a picture with Scott Lang himself, Mr Paul Rudd.

For those of you who are not familiar with the size manipulating heroine, lets give you a little background on her.

"The Winsome Wasp", as she is sometimes called, is usually depicted as having the ability to shrink to a height of several centimeters, grow to giant size, fly by means of insectoid wings, and fire bioelectric energy blasts. She is a founding member of the Avengers as well as a long time leader of the team. The codename of "The Wasp" was temporarily used by Henry Pym while Janet was presumed dead.

So what you guys think, Wasp or just a Bob ?
