Ok so obviously there is hate for Aquaman and I never understood why. I can understand that he was goofy in Super Friends but so was everyone else! I became a fan of Aquaman when the cartoon show Justice League came. Those episodes with Aquaman were amazing, gritty, and incredibly dark for a cartoon. He cut of his own hand to save his child! And worse things have happened to him in the comics.

Superman and Batman, they're great heroes, we love them, but they do not kill. Much like Wonder Woman, Aquaman has no problem killing if it ensures the safety for others in the future. He is a bad-ass heroes and he deserves to have his own film.

I bet some of you are skeptical about an Aquaman movie but believe me, with an actor like Jason Momoa we WON'T get this:

Aquaman riding dolphins
Aquaman riding dolphins

Or this,

Aquaman in purple
Aquaman in purple

Or something odd like this,

Aquaman
Aquaman

No. Instead we'll get something along the line of THIS:

Aquaman, badass
Aquaman, badass

And this,

Aquaman badass 2
Aquaman badass 2

And since Jason Momoa is playing him, EXPECT THIS:

Aquaman
Aquaman
Aquaman
Aquaman

Ok I know, I'm probably shoving down too many pictures at you guys, so let's start talking about the real reason you are all here. Aquaman: The Movie. I have a better name for the title, just keep reading. And remember this is how I would like my Aquaman movie to be.

The film starts off with a group of young adults on a boat, drinking, dancing having a good time on the boat. One guy who has an empty beer bottle, ask, "Hey man, where's the garbage bag." The friend looks for one but can't find it. "Damn man, I forgot to bring one." Another friend grabs the friends drink and says "I have a solution." And throws it to the water. We then see quick shots of other boaters throwing their own garbage in the ocean. We then get a shot of an oil rig, where a bunch of workers are talking about there lives back home, something goes horribly wrong and the oil rigs begins to explode. We see one man, (Superman) save all the workers but with the explosion of the oil rig, oil is released in the ocean, then we see 2 whales. Then we travel to Japan where, a ship is hunting whales in the dark. (Everything's cooler in the dark.) And the Japanese sailors hoist a large minke whale. The sailors do their job and place the whale on the platform. 2 sailors are speaking to each other in front of the whale and while they're speaking to one another, a group of shadowy figures, approach the sailors from behind and stab both of them. The ship is in disarray, with every sailor running around being slaughtered by the figures. The alarm is sounded and sailors rush to try and fight back but are killed only in seconds. Some men pick up the few weapons they have stored, like a harpoons and pistol. The sailors shoot but bullets only bounce off the figures armor, they are quickly eliminated. After a while sailors begin to surrender and are kneeled down. One of the few left is the captain who is in the bridge. 2 of the figures grab the captain and place him on the deck, in front of the figures leader. The Captain is crying, speaking in Japanese pleading for his life when one of the figures says "My Lord, this seems to be the captain of the ship... It appears to be begging for mercy." The shadowy figures are then seen clearly by the captain as they look like normal men, soldiers with purple armor made of shells, oysters and barnacles. The leader then approaches the captain and says to him "Where was the mercy, when you slaughtered this precious creature? Hm? Where was it!!!" And the leader stabs him with his Trident. One of the soldiers ask there leader, "My Lord Orm, what are we to do with the rest of these animals?" Orm immediately says, "Execute them. They are the TRUE beasts." And each soldier then stabs the rest of the sailors. We then have the title appear:

Aquaman: The Throne for Atlantis

The Throne for Atlantis
The Throne for Atlantis

We now dive deep into the ocean into a war zone between the Atlanteans, led by Aquaman who is fighting in the front lines vs the terrorist Charybdis with his army of humanoid sea creatures. In the battle we see Aquaman fighting, being bad-ass and we see the same thing when have a shot of Kaldur'ahm (Aqualad) fighting alongside Aquaman. As they fight Kaldur'ahm asks where is Orm, with the reinforcements. Arthur laughs and says "like we need reinforcements." Aquaman then goes toe to toe with Charybdis and they battle. Soon Orm does come with reinforcements and this makes King Shark and his army retreat into the abyss. Aquaman tells his brother Orm that "everything was fine. You didn't have to kill the show." Orm responds saying, "Ha, the only thing who would've been killed is you brother." This angers Arthur a bit and the two brothers argue until Kaldur'ahm breaks them up telling them that they have other pressing issues to deal with.

We then submerge into the beautiful city of Atlantis where we travel and view it's people. A stunning city, but we move to palace of Atlantis and sitting on its Throne is King Arthur Curry standing by his right side is his brother Orm and next to him Kaldur'ahm. To his left is his wife Mera. In the center speaking to Arthur is Nudis Vulko, Atlantis top scientist and one of Arthur's advisor. They speak of a disease that is infecting the children of Atlantis, Vulko says that the large part of the problem is due to the pollution of the ocean. Arthur thanks Vulko for the news and allows him to leave. Orm, Mera, and Kaldur'ahm speak to Arthur about the pressing situation. Mera pushes for diplomacy towards the surface dwellers while Orm and even Kaldur'ahm push for war against them. They're reasoning for war is that they have inadvertently caused a disease that will soon wipe them out. Arthur needs time think and leaves to be with himself. He then visits his son who is only a few months old and realizes that his son his very sick. Mera then visits him and they discuss the situation even more, and Arthur ultimately chooses diplomacy. He has decided to reveal himself and his race the Atlanteans to the rest of the world.

He leaves Atlantis and arrives on shore of New Jersey with Orm, Kaldur'ahm, and an army behind him. The army was used to get the attention of the world leaders. He then sends them back to the sea once he has an audience with the leaders. He tells them the current situation and ask for there aid and tells them ways they could help clean the ocean with Atlantean help. They do not know what to say nor do. With the promise that the service-dwellers will see what they could do, Orm argues with his brother. Saying that he made them look weak and frail. He says that their is no reasoning with them and that Arthur will be the cause of their extinction. Angered, Arthur punches Orm and the 2 fight until Mera arrives and breaks them up. Orm leaves more angered than before and decides to create a plan.

(Real quick, Kaldur'ahm will be kind of the sidekick. He will go almost every Arthur goes and even obey Orm. He speaks and is kind of the comic relief of the film. Kaldur'ahm is meant for the audience. Someone we can relate to. You can see that if it was a film, but it's a fan's speculation more than a fan's script.)

One night as Mera and Arthur are asleep a weird species lurks the halls of the palace. Moving ever so slowly, stalking it's target, it growls and Mera has awaken only to see a humanoid piranha in front of her. Arthur wakes up and realizes that one of the creatures has their child, immediately Kaldur'ahm stabs the creature from behind and grabs the baby. He gives it to Mera, and Arthur places Kaldur'ahm in charge of protecting her. Arthur then runs to see if there are any more beast but is surprised to see none. That same morning, Orm rushes to Arthur with alarming news, a new race has been discovered deep within the trenches and it has already reached the surface. "The Trench" as they refer to them are attacking around the world on its shores, the issue is so large that even Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, etc. are having difficulty killing them. Arthur, along with Orm and Kaldur'ahm go to the surface and fight these monstrous beast, after a while, the beast are called away by an unknown entity.

The public now see Atlanteans as a threat, and their "diplomacy" was all a rouse to conquer the surface. Humanity wages war against Atlanteans. Devastated Arthur doesn't know what to do now, he must now fight a war he doesn't want to fight, his son is sick with an unknown disease, and the terrorist Charybdis is lurking somewhere in the ocean. Unsure of what to do, Orm come to his aid to offer advice only then a trench creature shows up and stings Arthur with a poison that paralyzes him. Arthur is taken far away from Atlantis and into the trench, where Charybdis awaits him. There Orm reveals that it was all him, he allied himself to Charybdis, he was the one that released the ancient trench creature, and it was he who wanted this war to happen. Orm knows that humans will never change and that they will continue to pollute the ocean, Atlanteans home, until they are dead. So to save one race, Orm will eliminate all of mankind.

Orm leaves Charybdis to be with Arthur while he goes to the palace to ready the army. For the greater good of Atlantis. Kaldur'ahm decides to stay behind to keep an I on Mera, but really he is looking for Arthur.

Meanwhile, Arthur is being tortured by Charybdis and places him deep in the trench where he places one of Arthur's hand in lava underwater burning his hand clean off. Kaldur'ahm soon rescues Arthur and stops Charybdis. Charybdis in his final effort tries to attack Arthur but is stopped as Arthur is choking him,(with his good arm) holding him by the neck, and he slowly pushes his face to the lava, killing Charybdis.

Orm now has his army ready. He has the Atlantean army by his side, he has Charybdis army of humanoid sea-creatures, and he has the trench on his side. He is unstoppable and begins his invasion.

Arthur is back at the palace, where he seeks the help of Vulcan to heal his hand. Vulcan says, he can't heal it but he could replace it with something else. Arthur desperate, allows him to do so. Vulcan amputates Arthur's hand and places a spear tip. Arthur says good-bye to Mera and his child as he does not know if he will make it back.

Arthur goes to the war zone to confront Orm, there he creates an army of his own. He communicates with the sea creatures and he gets something like this:

Arthur and Orm fight and have a long battle. Orm get's the upper hand and is about to kill Arthur but Kaldur'ahm tackles him down, but Orm takes out his knife and stabs Kaldur'ahm in the chest. Arthur let's out a roar and attacks Orm, they fight for a couple more minutes until, Arthur tackles Orm down and slowly stabs him in the neck. When the deed is done the Trench and the humanoid sea-creatures leave. Staying are the Atlantean soldiers who loom at Arthur in disbelief. He then looks at them and screams:

He then picks up Kaldur'ahm's body and walks to the shore with his army behind him. There is a ceremony, for the fallen heroes. But all is still not well, the trench are still out there, the human race has labeled Atlanteans terrorist, and the disease is still our there and it's only getting worse. The film ends rather somber, everything would be explained in a sequel if it were to happen hopefully.

And that's the Aquaman movie I would like to see. This obviously like a rough draft but you all get the synopsis of it I hope. So comment want you think and I hope you enjoyed it the article.
