Justin Bieber has been arrested, again, for reckless driving and assault, again...

In what seems like a bad and all too predictable case of déjà vu, Bieber has had another run-in with the law. This time in his native Canada. According to the Ontario Provincial Police, Bieber allegedly collided with a minivan while driving an all terrain vehicle. This was all due, as his lawyer puts it, too the paparazzi...

"Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez’ peaceful retreat in Stratford this weekend was unfortunately disrupted by the unwelcome presence of the paparazzi. This has regrettably resulted in charges of dangerous driving and assault," Bieber's lawyer, Brian H. Greenspan, told ABC News in a statement. "Mr. Bieber and Ms. Gomez have fully cooperated in the police investigation. We are hopeful that this matter will be quickly resolved."

The authorities released Bieber shortly thereafter, scheduling an appearance in the Ontario Court of Justice in Stratford on Sept. 29. This latest piece of bad PR follows his run in with actor Orlando Bloom, resulting in a punch up on the Spanish isle of Ibiza. However, Bieber has had a string of run-ins with the law, mainly due to his erratic behaviour and dangerous driving. Perhaps most notable of all, lead to the infamous, arrogant and unprofessional deposition video;

If this was any other individual, and not a pop star, they would have been deported from the United States of America long ago. Not that there hasn't been public outcry, as a petition reached the official White House calling for the withdrawal of his green card. It was, as you'd expect, dismissed.
