Many people have lost hope in many Marvel teams and heroes mainly because they want Wolverine, Spider-man, or Namor to join the Avengers. Many fans simply won't watch the movies out of their hate for Fox or Sony. Personally, I think X-men, Avengers, and Spider-man being separate franchises (for now) is the best way. Now, there has been a lot of hate towards the upcoming Fantastic Four film. Much of the hate is towards the casting of Michael B. Jordan.

First of all, I think it is super immature (not racist) to hate that Johnny Storm is no a Afro-American in the next movie. Many people can disagree but still, hating a movie before it is released because of ethnic change not only makes you look racist to other people, but it withdraws you from ever liking the franchise. Even if it is good.

Michael B. Jordan is a phenomenal, cocky celebrity who likes pickin' up chicks. Who else is a cocky celebrity who likes pickin' up chicks? Johnny Storm. I bet they took one look at him and wanted him just like that. His acting skills are extremely good and he knows how to play a superhero well. To back that up, watch Chronicle (2012) starring Michael B. Jordan, Alex Russell, and Dane DeHaan (also proves how good of a villain Dane can be).

Skin color should never be a factor in casting because you can always explain with adoption and it is just plain immature to hate things because of skin. They have Falcon replacing Captain America and Thor is becoming a girl so does it really matter. The comics can be just as flexible as the movies so why get angry at the movies, they are just another universe in the whole Marvel context. We would have Earth 616, Ultimates, Xemn/F4, Spiderman, and MCU universes and billions more so it doesn't really matter on skin color.

Kate Mara made a comment earlier saying

I’ve never been a fan of comics, I’ve never actually read one

3... 2... 1... The internet exploded with comments on how they might not base Fantastic Four on the comics and how lousy they were at casting Kate Mara. WRONG. Many great actors and actresses have had iconic roles and gave an amazing performance but weren't particularily fans of their role. For example, Sean Connery was the original James Bond. The ladies want him and every guy wants to meet him but he has always wanted to kill Bond in a movie. More actors who hated their iconic roles were George Reeves (Superman), Marlon Brando (A Streetcar Named Desire), Christopher Plummer (The Sound of Music), and not to mention Robert Pattinson (Twilight). These guys all hated or hate their roles that made them famous.

Kate is a phenomenal actress who I have faith in pulling off Sue Storm. I don't mind it if she doesn't dye her hair blonde because she is already hot without it and I think that she fits her power set well. Her performance in Transcendence was great and she is amazing in House of Cards and if the theories on the tone of the film are true then she fits it perfectly.

Another cast choice which I hope everyone agrees with is Jamie Bell as Ben Grimm/The Thing. One thing that any Ben Grimm needs is blue eyes. It's what keeps the Thing human and provides comfort in his darkest times. Jamie Bell has experience with superpowers through Jumper. I haven't seen it but I wish to watch it and I'm sure he is amazing in it. Overall, Jamie is the best pic for Ben Grimm. We don't need a WWE star or a bald guy. Just someone who had everything and then lost it suddenly which Jamie Bell could do well.

Miles Teller is a different story. He has the look but he needs to thin out. He is a big comedy, romantic comedy, and just crazy movie kind of guy. His latest role which was in Divergent was probably his most action-y (if that's a word) movie. I have faith in him as an actor and a super hero as I have in every actor who is cast as someone who has been already established. He is going to be interesting.

Now, where there is hope, there is always DOOM. Doctor Doom. He is what defined the F4 as a powerful team. He is a powerful villain who is always won out by the 4 (usually with millions of casualties). And Toby Kebbell couldn't be a better pick. He has the scary, European face Doc Doom always had and looks like he could easily rival the 4. He is no stranger to action as we see in Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, Wrath of the Titans, and Rock N Rolla. Not to mention his 4 nominations and 1 win. I am personally excited to see the beloved villain Doom.

Many people had been rumoring that Tim Blake Nelson would be playing Mole Man. These rumors came out true on IMBD. I don't like Mole Man as a villain entirely but we need some new characters. Not just Doom but Mole Man will be a great balance of villains. They would both be rivals but could team-up their two nations (Latveria and Mole Man's kingdom). And who could play him better than this guy. He has the ratty look (no offense Tim).

Josh Trank is a great director. He directed Chronicle which was an amazing movie so he is no new guy to superheroes. He is going to make this Fantastic franchise one for the books. (And hopefully he produces an amazing F4 game with his passion for gaming).

Overall, have faith in Fantastic Four (June 19, 2015) for when it comes, you will be astounded.
