Cautiously optimistic about future comic book movies.

Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice has been shooting since May, and while we’ve seen Ben Affleck in action as Bruce Wayne, we’ve yet to see Batman in any set photos. Unfortunately that may not change any time soon. Batman has been featured in scenes this week that are being shot on location at the Nicholson Terminal & Dock Corporation, but it’s all private property and a source tells Batman News that it’s very difficult to get any good photos. Batman on Film has more info on a scene that they claim has been filmed at the docks:

“There is filming taking place on a seaside port at night. It seems as if The Batmobile has and will be involved. A chase scene has been filmed that included a lot of stunts. A Batman stunt double was used to film a scene that had Batman standing on the top of a 40+ story crane. Most of this shooting has been stunt double heavy.”

BOF also backs up Batman News’ report from June, confirming that Lex Luthor will have hair in [Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice](movie:711870). As previously reported, I’ve been told that it’s long, wavy, and dirty blonde.

Also, I don't know why people are so pissed off that Lex will have hair in this movie. In Superman: The Movie, Gene Hackman had hair in the role of Lex Luthor. In the comics, Lex and wavy, red hair, which he then lost.
