Music is what makes the movie a lot of times, especially for a horror flick. But for these next five films, the music plays sort of a different role. Instead of making the film scarier for example, it just gives them something to go with. Think of it like milk and cookies...

5. Alice Cooper / The Man Behind The Mask / Friday the 13th VI: Jason Lives

Not only a great song in tribute to a great movie and a great villain, but it's also a great video! The 80's oozes from it, while Jason and Alice Cooper are still as awesome as ever.

4. Brother Cane / And Fools Shine On / Halloween 6: The Curse Of Michael Myers

Opposite from number 5 on this list, you can tell this is a 90's song. A slower track that isn't hard on your ears, and somehow synchronizes with the awesome Halloween 6 perfectly...

3. Dokken / Dream Warriors / A Nightmare On Elm Street 3: The Dream Warriors

Another song that has the power to take you all the way back the 80's, even if you haven't been there in person. And like the others on this list, it goes so well with this entry in the franchise, you can't have one without the other.

2. Metropolis / The Darkest Side Of The Night / Friday the 13th VIII: Jason Takes Manhattan

I love this song, a fine theme for not only the awesome movie, but also for the darker side of Manhattan. I would personally still listen to this great song even if it weren't in the film. But I love the movie so much it just makes it even better for me.

1. Tuesday Knight / Nightmare / A Nightmare On Elm Street 4: The Dream Master

Yes, the reason I anticipate the intro to this awesome Nightmare On Elm Street sequel. Tuesday Knights ''Nightmare'' song like the others, goes perfectly with the movie. And it sounds awesome too....

Also before I conclude here are a couple ''Honorable Mentions'' you should check out.

Psuedo Echo / His Eyes / Friday the 13th V: A New Beginning

Spineshank / Beginning of The End / Freddy vs Jason
