Moviefone recently sat down with Harry Lennix to dive into the return of fan-favorite "The Blacklist." He also teased the highly anticipated follow-up to "Man of Steel."
When asked about the upcoming season, Lennix described it as, "Season 1 on steroids." Other series tidbits learned from the interview include:
- The show picks up right where season one left off
- Red is the same
- There will be a host of guest stars to play Blacklisters
- A new agent will be working the team in Mozhan Mornò
Batman Vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice
Lennix does address the "Man of Steel" sequel. While maybe not a solid spoiler or reveal, it does indicate the direction and (possibly) the emphasis Frank Miller's popular graphic novel will have on the 2016 release.
“’Batman v Superman’ ... [Laughs] Well, no. Anybody who's a fan of the '86 graphic novel "The Dark Knight Returns," I think will be well pleased by that. This is a historic event. Clearly, Zack Snyder is on the cutting edge of directing movies of this scope and scale. I think you can depend on the acting -- you've got Amy Adams, of course. You've got Henry [Cavill]. I don't think there are any surprises with regard to that. What will happen remains to be seen. I'd probably wind up in a box some place.”
