With the Blu-Ray/DVD release of [Transformers: Age of Extinction](movie:206531) slowly making it's way to our homes, I was lucky enough to have the opportunity to meet the leader of the Autobots -- Optimus Prime. Well, not entirely true, I actually got to meet with the iconic voice of Optimus Prime, Peter Cullen. Since I was pressed for time, I had to ask him one burning question: "What are your best pick-up lines?" He then proceeded to blow my mind with some AMAZING lines.
"I'm not a photographer, but I can picture you and me together."
Yes, as long as you let me see before you post it on social media.
"Can I follow you home? Because my parents told me to always follow my dreams."
I'm pretty sure that might be considered stalking...but for you, I'll allow it.
"There's something wrong with my phone, your number isn't in it."
I had to re-check, but my plan definitely supports out-of-planet numbers.
"You must be a parking ticket, because you have fine written all over you."
Thanks! I can accept the $75 violation for use of a pick-up line by check or online.
“If you were a Transformer, you’d be a Hot-O-Bot, and your name would be Optimus Fine.”
Transformers reference, very clever.
"I thought happiness started with an H, so why does mine start with U?"
Anyone willing to admit to being slightly dyslexic in a pick-up line warrants a chance.
A huge thanks to Peter Cullen for having fun with us and giving me some amazing lines. The film didn't disappoint in theaters and it definitely didn't disappoint watching it on my surround sound mini home theater.
