We all know Michael Bay and his film career, being tentatively famous for directing the Transformers movies, as well as his work on the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie. However, what if he decided to make a remixed version of the 1939 classic The Wizard of Oz? Would it be awesome?

Now, he can't edit the original film from its masters, so that is why there should be a copy of the original film so he could edit it. Here's what Michael Bay's job on this movie would look like:

  • use of computer graphics on the tornado at the beginning of the movie
  • use of THX sound systems to enhance the sound quality
  • use of super-cool special effects (mostly CGI) throughout the film, a la Transformers, etc.
  • remixing the film's original score so that it would have a light/dramatic, typical Michael Bay atmosphere

Indeed, The Wizard of Oz was released in theaters in 3D in 2013, but it would be a lot better if Michael Bay did an edit of The Wizard of Oz in general, without ruining the film's original quality.

What would you do if Michael Bay edited the original Wizard of Oz?
