Final Fantasy 15 has had a lot of problems over the years, to the extent where many gamers were beginning to speculate whether it would ever surface! Luckily, E3 2013 showed us, albeit it wasn't much, that the game was alive and kicking! But thanks to the wondrous Tokyo Game Show, we've found out a few more things about Final Fantasy 15.
The Look and Design of Square Enix's Final Fantasy XV!
The game appears to be quite similar to Kingdom Hearts, granted Square Enix did say it would. But the graphics look amazing and will be shown off on the PS4 and Xbox One, though the release date won't be revealed for a while. At the Tokyo Game Show we did see a slight departure from the kingdom of hearts interface, as it was replaced by a more traditional Final Fantasy design.
The game appeared to be quite action oriented, thus a departure from both of these two factions but interesting none the less. Could Square Enix be attempting to widen the audience base for the Final Fantasy series.

Confirmed Final Fantasy 15 features!
Here are some of the details that we're sure about for Final Fantasy 15! The party will consist of 4 characters and throughout the day they will gain experience which can only be accessed upon sleeping at the camp. Continuing to avoid sleep degrades the performance of your characters in battle.
In this game, there is a large open area left for us to explore, seemingly as we see fit! The world map can be traversed using Cars, Chocobos and other means of transport. The vehicles that you operate can be used manually or left to the AI to travel from one location to another.
The game will have a fully dynamic day-night cycle which will last for approximately 30 minutes in our world and at night even stronger monsters appear. The game also has a weather system, and affects the gameplay and appearance of the characters. For example, characters’ clothes appear wet in the rain, something which I always like to test if I can see in video games.
Open world is all the rage, even in Final Fantasy 15!
It is a heavy departure from previous games, providing a darker atmosphere that focuses on more realistic human characters than previous entries. The game features an open-world environment and action-based battle system similar to the Kingdom Hearts series, incorporating the ability to switch weapons and take control of vehicles during battle.
I'm sure the game will still be worth the wait and I look forward to more and more reveals of how its coming along.
