It was only until the 1970's that we started seeing color photos on a more widespread scale. Before this they were extremely rare, which has given our view of history a very black white dimension. These 12 truly stunning images have been transformed from black and white into vibrant, dynamic and zesty colored modern day interpretations. They include some of our favorite iconic actors and actresses.
