Lego Batman 3 has some great DLC packs on the way!
Lego Batman 3: Beyond Gotham may not be out yet, but the DLC they have planned might just make me get this game for Xbox One or PS4! Though if you take a look at the wikipedia page for Lego Batman 3 you'll see that it looks like this game is being released on every gaming platform in existence!
In terms of DLC the game is already showing off what it has in store for fans of the Lego series. Personally The Lord of the Wings series was my favorite purely due to their use of the original dialogue from the films! So very epic. But with Batman, they know that the introduction of usually ignored villains is where it's at!
Batman of the Future DLC!
The game is slated for release on the 11th of November in the US and the 14th for the rest of the world. This DLC here will be arriving a few weeks later! The villains that this DLC has shown off are based upon the Batman Beyond animated series and display some pretty cool characters.
Which of these guys are you most excited to see present in a Batman game? Seems like we'll have a few hours of fun ahead as we see these characters come to life...well lego-life anyway.
Dark Knight DLC for Lego Batman 3!
Along with this pack they have also announced the release of a Man of Steel pack and a Christopher Nolan Dark Knight pack seen below!
The game's DLC seems to be a high selling point for Lego Batman 3, due to the fact that the new game doesn't seem to reinvent anything about the Lego game series. Granted it doesn't exactly need to, the combination of puzzles, comedy and co-op gameplay is a joy! If you have siblings or kids these games are perfect for bringing you all together.
The game sounds like it has a great story with a whole host of characters from the Batman and Justice League universes! Brainiac uses the powers of the Rings of each Lantern Corps to take over the universe by shrinking planets and cities to add to his collection. In pursuit of the Legion of Doom, Batman and the Justice League must travel into the far reaches of outer space to stop them.
