Far Cry 4 has some beautiful weapons in store!
Far Cry 4 is a little over a month away with a release date of November 18th, 2014 slated for PS3, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC. Their latest reveal for the game was the many different ways that we'll be able to take down our enemies as we roam freely through Kyrat!
Let's take a look at some of the best that the trailer had to offer!
The up-close and personal Kukri!
This blade is shown off beautifully in [Far Cry](movie:1000355) 4. The lethal weapon can be used to take down enemies stealthily from behind, or to save bullets as you charge at them full force. There's a great moment of it on display in the trailer, check it out at the bottom!
The MG42 causes some serious damage!
Ubisoft seemed to have put a great amount of effort into their weapon sound design. This weapon sounds amazing as it blazes a path of bullets. Take down anything from a group of mercenaries to helicopters!
Mortars are a new addition to the Far Cry Universe!
Am I the only one that thinks of Gears of War every time I hear 'mortar'? Well they are certainly a welcome addition for Far Cry 4! Stand back and annihilate a whole town from a far and watch the carnage ensue.

The P416 sounds great in Far Cry 4!
This is your standard assault rifle, but yet again Ubisoft are showing off their great sound design with this weapon. I'm sure it'll be a pleasure to use as much as it is to hear it work its magic!
The auto-crossbow shows how obsessed games are with bows lately!
The weapon is an effective silent method that can be used at a distance when your Kukri cannot. It's small but packs a punch when fired in the right place!
Using animals, from elephants to tigers!
As we know we will be granted the opportunity to ride on the back of an elephant who can destroy those that stand in front of him. But a new addition is also the use of bait. In the last game we skinned animals in order to use their hides for crafting purposes.
This time round you can keep them and use them as bait. Throw the meat in the vicinity of an enemy with a tiger near by and he'll spot it and attack the guy near it! It seems that there is a lot of fun to be had in Kyrat! Check out the weapons trailer below.
