Legendary Pictures' upcoming epic fantasy film based on the Warcraft video game series is set to be released by Universal Pictures on March 11, 2016. That's a ways off, but that doesn't mean fans aren't clamoring for more buzz about the movie, which began shooting in January.

Blizzard Entertainment, the company behind the extremely popular video game series, is to present more about the movie at 2:15pm on the main stage at their BlizzCon event on November 7th in Anaheim, CA.

Which has fans like...

The agenda for the "presentation" is a little vague...

Please join the Warcraft movie director, Duncan Jones, alongside Blizzard's Chris Meltzen as they give attendees and viewers at home an exclusive presentation packed with surprises.

Surprises, eh? Are we going to get a sneak peek at some footage? (Can a gamer get a trailer, damn?) The presentation is set to last for an hour, so they'll have to come up with SOMETHING to appease fans of the world's most popular MMORPG (counted by subscribers) who can't wait to see what Jones will bring to the big screen.

Video games turned into movies can sometimes leave true gamers disappointed... naturally, it's difficult to live up to that hype (and let's be real, with a large budget, they'll need big box office numbers for the movie to seem successful). Even the Lara Croft, Tomb Raider and Resident Evil series', which were successful if you go by ticket sales, didn't do the games justice in the eyes of most fans.

What do you think about the Warcraft movie?
