A good look at Dragon Age: Inquisition

This game is slated for release on November 18th (NA) and November 21st (EU) for PS3, PS4, Xbox One, Xbox 360 and PC. We're all eagerly awaiting its release and also the unveiling of reviews. We desperately want to know what everyone thinks about this game, if it's worth our time and what Bioware have changed in their new Dragon Age.

From a look at everything I've seen so far the game seems to be predictably a mixture of Dragon: Origins and Dragon Age 2. This was the exact same situation with Mass Effect 3, say what you like about Bioware but I believe they learn from their mistakes.

Can I just say that I've seen a lot of posts saying not to preorder Dragon Age 3: Inquisition and I'm not so sure I like this idea. If someone believes that they really want to give a game a try they'll preorder it. Yes the game may be met with bad reviews but it's totally up to the player whether they want to invest their time and money on a game regardless of its worth.

I think Dragon Age: Inquisition will be worth a try

I mean I've only ordered Alien: Isolation this week even after the reviews and I wish I did it earlier because I realized that I want to experience the game for myself. I believe that you should play a controversial game every now and again as opposed to just critically acclaimed ones. This way we can appreciate a great one more when we know how a bad one feels and hell we may like it more!

Anyway, I've gone on some very strange tangent here and I can feel a rant about Destiny coming on so I'm going to very quickly jump back to Dragon Age.

Dragon Age 3: Inquisition Gameplay!!

See that was quick! Now, we've all seen gameplay trailers and screenshots and so on, but this guy uploaded a video of him playing it due to his lucky position of being friends with someone who works at EA. I think it gives you a pretty clear indication of what to expect from Dragon Age: Inquisition.

The combat looks like a lot of fun, the design and graphics are really beautiful, but is it the game for you? The guy who does the video is actually learning as he's playing it so it's not a polished look at Dragon Age that you get from EA. It's the real thing, that's why I really liked watching it. I feel I have a more informed opinion about Dragon Age 3: Inquisition now. But do I want to buy it...

I hope you all let me know what you think in the comments! I'm in for a big discussion on Dragon Age right now! Check out the video here:
