  • 10) A Nightmare on Elm Street, Glen's death scene. This might be the most iconic death scene of not just the Nightmare on Elm Street franchise but in the entire horror genre.
  • 9) A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors, Jennifer's death scene. Everyone who has seen this film remembers those iconic words "It's Prime time bitch!"

8) A Nightmare on Elm Street, Tina's death scene. When watching this the first time I had no idea how this stunt was done and to this day it just looks incredible.

7) A Nightmare on Elm Street 4: The Dream Master, Debbie's death scene. I think that this is just so outrageous and extreme that it couldn't be left out.

6) A Nightmare on Elm Street 3: Dream Warriors, Phillip's death scene. I love the imagery of this scene, showing Freddy controlling him like a puppeteer and then just simply cutting the threads.

5) Freddy's Dead: The Final Nightmare, Spencer's death scene. This is one of my personal favorites as I'm a huge gamer and it shows he has a good sense of humor.

4) A Nightmare on Elm Street: The Dream Child, Dan's death scene. I think this was just super well executed, and it sort of reminds me of a painting by H. R. Giger since a lot of his art has machine intertwined with man/woman

3) A Nightmare on Elm Street: The Dream Master, Joey's death scene. Something about Freddy jumping out of a waterbed reminds me of Wolverine but I digress.

2) Wes Craven's New Nightmare, Chase's death scene. At first your scared for his manhood but then he gets something so much worse, remember to sleep while behind the wheel it could be dangerous.

1) A Nightmare on Elm Street 2: Freddy's Revenge, Freddy's death scene. This is my favorite Freddy death scene and I think the special effects should really be appreciated.
