World of Warcraft: Warlords of Draenor Beta Build

A lot of fans have been complaining a great deal about Blizzard's latest and permanent updates for the Warlords of Draenor expansion set to come out on November 13th. We're in the final stage now for the game where Blizzard will be implementing a plethora of tweaks before the release, so you can be sure there will be a lot more alterations on the way; but for the time being these seem to be in place.

Now, these updates are taking place daily meaning that Blizzard is seriously hard at work. Some are worried that this means something isn't going right for the game, though I feel that an expansion of this size has a lot to live up to and they are merely hard at work to make Warlords of Draenor the best expansion it can be. That's up to yourselves of course, so let me know your thoughts in the comments!

Personally, I've been enjoying a lot of Blizzard's updates for the world as of late. The battlefield is adapting so much that even players who have been with the series for years are having to adapt play-styles and learn new things about how to interact in the world. This in turn appears to have brought a massive influx of players to World of Warcraft, with a recent increase of over 600,000 new players in this year's third quarter, bringing the total to 7.4 million in the online community.

How do you feel about Blizzard's changes to the world as of late? World of Warcraft is celebrating its ten year anniversary this year, a remarkable achievement. But in recent years Blizzard has tried to change things up a bit in order to make the world more friendly for new players to join.

At one point the game seemed to be populated with a really irritating community, one who despised new players and harassed their experience when possible. WoW is all about the community that thrives within it. If you can't connect with them it cripples your full enjoyment of the world. Lately though, that appears to have subsided. Is this just my feeling? Generally, I just run into players looking for a good time as of late, the community has calmed down and become more new-player friendly.

Say what you will about that, but I find it a welcome improvement for the world. But aside from that, these new updates have not been met with my optimism. The criticism has mainly come in the form of continuing to decrease SD procs, in some cases even halving them. Blizzard is attempting to even out the classes in order to ensure that Warriors for instance move a little further down the board.

The other complaint came in the form of Fury being rather destroyed simply in one week. Well, not destroyed but it has received a nerfing of 27% in some cases. Anyway, enough of me. Check out all of the updates below and be sure to let me know how you think World of Warcraft: Warlords of Draenor is shaping up!
