I am so excited for 1 May 2015, I've already saved for 5 tickets so I can watch it enough times to make sure I absorb all it's awesomeness. I have waited so long to just see a glimpse of what Avengers: Age of Ultron had in store for us, and I'm telling you, it was filled with weird, unexplained scenes that you definitely missed if you blinked.
Here's the thing about trailers, even though we see scenes that look like they fit together, they don't. It's cleverly edited sequences made to look like one whole, and I think many people who love and admire movies are aware of that and aren't really fooled by it. But here's what we know already:
1.Andy Serkis is most likely playing Ulysses Klaw.
Who is this guy? Let's just say his connected to a rare metal made of a certain someone's unbreakable shield and he will most likely help a certain villain evolve to his final form using that rare metal only found in Wakanda.
Could this place in the mountains possibly be the place Klaw is being held captive? Could The Avengers and Ultron be in a race to get him, after all,he is connected to the strongest metal in the MCU, vibranium. A material that will be used to upgrade Ultron to his final form.
2.Captain America is going to have a blast from the past.
When we see a scene of Scarlet Witch using her powers, almost immediately we see a shining light and Captain America walking in what seems to be an army party/celebration.
3.Tony Stark is the main cause of conflict in The Avengers.
Of course Tony Stark is the main cause of conflict, I mean, the guys going to start the first WAR EVER in the MCU. We saw him fighting Thor in [The Avengers](movie:9040) and a possible fight broke out between him and Cap' on The Helicarrier. Maybe he's just comfortable with being around robots. Maybe Thor found out that Tony was making robots to replace superheroes and attacked him.
4.Scarlet Witch is going to have some regrets.
In the opening of the trailer you hear Ultron saying to someone:
I wanna show you something beautiful. Everyone, screaming for mercy.
What if Scarlet Witch or Quicksilver asked Ultron:
What are you gonna need all these robots for?
And he responds with the quote above. They soon realize they're on the wrong side of the line and decide to go to Team Avengers
Those were the obvious things about the trailer, you most likely missed these:
1.The Hulkbuster armor is much more significant than flying onto Iron Man.
When we first see the Hulkbuster, you'll notice that when the head closes, there is another Iron Man inside it. So like MK 42, it flies onto Iron Man, but the Hulkbuster can only come on when Tony has the MK 42 armor on.
The thing I question about the Hulkbuster Armor is:"Why would Tony Stark make a armor especially for one person if he didn't think he was a threat to mankind?" ,so basically Tony Stark was aware that Hulk would go on a rampage and he was ready.
2.The snow scene.
The snow scene could possibly be HYDRA vs The Avengers.Who else would The Avengers be fighting in the snow if not HYDRA? Pure fan theory people.
That looks like a weapon powered by the tesseract does it not? The same power source of the weapons by HYDRA during Captain America: The First Avenger. And the same energy source we see in the end credits of Captain America:The Winter Soldier.
3. Tony Stark playing piano,or is it?
Does that look like Tony Stark? I think it does, I have no idea how this fits in the movie but it looks awesome. Maybe a bad dream?
4.A worldwide drought?
Just after the scene of Captain America we see boats, but no water. Ultron's plan? Or Baron Wolfgang von Strucker ? Maybe HYDRA is feeling a little de-HYDRAted?
5. The broken police.
Why does that robot have the name "Police" written on it? I think this is the biggest hint at Civil War, a robot army made by Tony Stark to protect the world, all superheroes must reveal their identities because now there is a police force that can do their job, if they persist on "saving" people they will be marked as rogue extremists thirsty for world war, which will end up in a Civil War.
Believe me, it took me a few hundred times to watch the trailer and realize that each time I was watching it, I saw a scene from Wakanda, Black Panther's home country and a place with the richest vibranium deposits in the MCU.
That lady says it all, I could possibly be wrong, but this feels so right. She's wearing traditional African clothing, this could possibly be from the Johannesburg scene but that takes place in the business district. So that could have been our split second glimpse at Wakanda because no other explanation could point out where that could be except for Wakanda.
