UPDATE: This Poll has moved on to Round 2.
You may be thinking to yourself, "Who the heck is Moonstone?" or "It sure looks like something is building, but I'm just not quite sure what." With the Infinity Gauntlet storyline in full swing and the Civil War storyline coming soon(ish) to a theater near you, my mind has been twirling with the different directions that Marvel could take as these stories wrap up. As much as I'd love to see the Dark Avengers make their way to the silver screen, without the rights to Norman Osborn, I just don't see it happening; however, The Masters of Evil have been a ragtag team of villains pestering the Avengers for as long as the heroes have been around and with all of the villains around in the MCU (still alive and kicking, might I add), it would make sense that something would bring the Avengers back together after the Civil War and once one, a Mad Titan, can't take them down, villains may indeed come together--making a team of their own.
The Masters of Evil is one of the largest and longest-running alliances of super-villains in history, led by assorted criminal masterminds and comprised of an ever-changing membership ranging from minor thugs to major menaces. In many ways, they are the criminal equivalent of the Avengers, the Masters' first and most frequent foes.

So, with that in mind, I've decided the nextYou Cast the Villain
poll should be on Moonstone. Read her short bio and then I'll give you some of my reasons as to why:
Karla Sofen grew up in the mansion of a Hollywood producer, the child of a butler. After her father died, her mother worked three jobs to put her daughter through college, and Karla vowed never to end up like her mother, to never put another's needs before her own. Despite building a successful psychological practice, Karla so disliked being dependent on her patients for income that she entered the super-criminal world as an aide to Doctor Faustus. Learning of Moonstone (Lloyd Bloch), she became his psychologist and manipulated him into rejecting the source of his powers, an extraterrestrial gem of considerable power, which she then absorbed to gain the powers of Moonstone.
Working with the Thunderbolts (which has a fascinating connection to Hawkeye in its history), Osborn's Avengers, the Masters of Evil, and the Corporation, Moonstone is the perfect addition to the MCU, if we have any hopes of these things coming to film (and with the Sinister Six movie coming sooner, rather than later, I wouldn't be surprised to see Marvel show Sony how a movie like that is truly done). As a side note, if the cooperation of Marvel and Sony continues in the way it seems to be going, we may very well see Spidey and connected characters merging with the MCU, making Osborn's Avengers possible.
So, here's your chance to vote on the Dark Ms. Marvel herself, Moonstone! I have many choices here, but feel free to add your own suggestions in the comments (perhaps they'll show up in a wildcard round).
Ali Lartner or Amy Smart?
Alison Lohman or Katee Sackoff?
Alona Tal or Elish Cuthbert?
Bryce Dallas Howard or Summer Glau?
Eleanor Tomlinson or Amber Heard?
Isla Fisher or Charlize Theron?
Maggie Grace or Abbie Cornish?
Saoire Ronan or Maika Monroe?
Thanks for playing along at home. Be sure to be on the look out of Round 2!
