Potter fans rejoice, for the lovely Daniel Radcliffe just did a Reddit Ask Me Anything and revealed so many tasty little Potter-flavored treats!

I dug through and picked out the parts I thought were the most awesome, despite my jealousy of not having been able to ask Dan my most burning Harry Potter questions of all time in person...

Check out these cool Harry Potter facts from the Boy Who Lived himself!

Daniel Radcliffe's favorite character is... Sirius!

Also, can we just think for a moment about the fact that Daniel Radcliffe refers to James Potter as 'my dad'?!

Also, Gary Oldman taught him the bassline for The Beatles' 'Come Together' on guitar.

He KNOWS which Hogwarts House he'd be in

I absolutely think I would be in Gryffindor! But there's never any doubt of that for me. Yeah. I like, maybe I'm just biased because I played one for so long, but I could never picture myself in any other colors.

Yeah, I bet he would be in Gryffindor, too...

Dumbledore and Snape PUNKED Harry

Remember in Prisoner of Azkaban when they're all sleeping in the Great Hall? Yup, Michael Gambon and Alan Rickman unleashed a fart joke on Daniel Radcliffe.

Watch the prank below (skip to about 00:25)

He did NOT put his name in the Goblet of Fire.

Because Harry Potter fans ask the best questions, someone asked, 'Daniel, did you put your name in the Goblet of Fire?' His reply is NOPE:

By that point, they had figured out my handwriting was so bad that they would never let it be seen in the film. So I'm pretty sure one of the props guys wrote "Harry Potter" neatly on a piece of paper for me to put in.

He has a great answer to 'what would your horcrux be?'

I'm sure David Bowie would be perfectly accepting of his musical masterpiece becoming Daniel Radcliffe's horcrux...

His favorite scene to film is a cool one

Yeah... favourite scene to film... god... that is a really hard question, to pick just one... the first thing that comes to mind, and it's a silly one, but doing all the Gringotts stuff in the last movie with Rupert and Helena and Warwick and Emma, that was like a really fun time.

We were all enjoying ourselves in that, it's an action sequence so it was quite, it was more of a technical challenge than an emotional one, so it was a lot of fun to get right.

And - last but not least - what happened to Hedwig?!

Of course, despite the events of the books - *sob* - fans wanna know what happened to the cute owl that brought Hedwig to life. But D-Rad reveals Hedwig was actually 3 or 4 owls:

I imagine they are still living with Gary Gero, who was the head of the animals department on Potter... I imagine they are all at the home where actor owls retire to.

I imagine an owl retirement home looking something like this:

Thanks to Daniel Radcliffe for being such a good sport. What burning Potter question would you ask Dan if you had the chance?

Would you be full of questions for Daniel Radcliffe?
