OK, gang.

If you thought that whole 'major announcement of the entire Marvel Phase 3 slate' thing was exciting, and that that 'brand new Avengers: Age of Ultron trailer featuring hammer lifting' was awesome, well then, do I have good news for you:

There was something else shown at that Marvel event. Something...huge...

Something...that just leaked...

Something...that looks an awful lot like a previously unseen clip from Avengers: Age of Ultron (because it is)...

And the best part (other than that you can watch it below...)? It tells us a whole, whole lot about the upcoming superhero epic's plot, and the ways in which it's going to set up THAT Civil War storyline...

Before we get to that, though, you can check the video out below...

Pretty awesome, right?

Like I said, though - there's a whole lot more to it than just Cap and Tony having an awesome ideological debate.

For instance...

Thor's Gone AWOL

And, from the sounds of Tony asking about the Thunder God's likely destination, it sure sounds as though he might be heading in the direction of Loki...

The Scarlet Witch and Quicksilver are Definitely Not Avengers Yet

Tony's reference to not knowing 'what the Maximoff kid showed him' suggests that any revelation he might have received (presumably from The Scarlet Witch) was less than voluntary - and designed to weaken the Avengers by a current enemy.

The Whole Team Received the Same Treatment

And, from the sounds of it, Cap was the only one who didn't see something decidedly dark. So, it seems we might be set to see that vision of a defeated Avengers (and Cap's broken shield) earlier in the movie than we might have expected.

Tony Does NOT Trust Cap...

As he puts it: "I don't trust a guy without a dark side."

And, lo, the pre-Civil War tension is born (and Tony Stark is becoming Batman)...

And the Feeling is Mutual...

As illustrated by Cap RIPPING A LOG IN HALF. With his BARE HANDS.

But, most importantly...

The Battle Lines For Civil War Have Been Drawn

Says Tony:

"Isn't that the mission? Isn't that the why we fight? So we can end the fight? So we get to go home?"

As opposed to Cap's response:

"Every time someone tries to win a war before it starts, innocent people die. Every time."

And those, ladies and gentlemen, are the beginnings of Civil War, right there.

Now, the big question: What do you guys think?

Did we just watch the beginnings of Civil War?
