Netlfix can be a confusing place - with all that choice, its easy to get a little lost! Especially at the beginning on the month, when the streaming service releases most of its new content.

So what should you be watching on Netflix this month? Well, let's take a look at some of the highlights:

The Newsroom - 4th November

The third season of The Newsroom debuts just a few days after Season 2 drops on Netflix, so fans can get themselves up to speed as quickly as possible in time for that.

Aaron Sorkin (The West Wing, The Social Network) uses real world events and has his fictional news team cover them. Season 2 focused on Mitt Romney's presidential campaign, but also had story-lines involving phone hacking and NSA spying.

Snowpiercer - 22nd November

Chris Evans aka Captain America stars in this movie, set in a dystopian future an extreme global winter has killed all of mankind, apart from a few trapped on a train that completes its lap of the earth once every year.

[Snowpiercer](movie:35044)'s train is divided. The rich and privileged live at the front, while the poor and oppressed huddle in the filthy, overcrowded rear of the train. At first, director Bong Joon-Ho thought that Chris Evans was too muscular to play a character who has spent his life in poverty and starvation, but later changed his mind.

It's Always Sunny In Philadelphia Season 9 - Nov 1st!

Centered around "The Gang", a group of underachievers who run an Irish Pub - ingeniously named Paddy's Pub - IASIP is known for having its characters go to all sorts of extremes that others shows would avoid.

Episodes have seen them smoking Crack Cocaine in order to qualify for benefit, pretending to be disabled and fighting each other, and recording fake jihadi terrorist videos!

Of course, Friends is coming to Netflix on Jan 1st 2015, to this should tide you over until then!

Marco Polo - December 12

Coming out on December 12, this one is a bit further away. Marco Polo tracks the years this Italian explorer spent in the court of Kublai Khan, this show is a Netlfix Original, meaning it follows in the footsteps of the hugely popular House of Cards and Orange Is The New Black.

Marco Polo is sometimes credited as being the first westerner to reach China, which is not true, but his book of his experiences there did inspire other great explorers, like Christopher Columbus. Whether this show is historically accurate, however, may not be the point, as you can tell by this high-paced trailer:
