So if you've already seen the first trailer for Into the Woods, you might have noticed something missing. There was a distinct lack of...um...well, singing. Some might even go so far as to say that singing is an integral part of a musical.

With the release of this new trailer we finally have the music that Disney has, for some reason, been keeping under the rug. With that being said, let's check out some of the coolest bits of the Into the Woods Trailer.

Oh look she's going into the woo-...hey that's the title of the movie. Oh I see what they did there.

Heeere's Meryl.

She's looking quite witchy that's for sure.

Which is very different than how she looks all done up. But I guess she's just busy what with making deals to reverse her curses and all.

Here are Witch Meryl's demands for proper curse removal:

A cow as white as milk? Check.

A cape as red as blood? Gottit.

The hair as yellow as corn? I wouldn't really call it yellow, but I guess this works.

The slipper as pure as gold? Bingo.

So when can we make this whole curse reversal thing happen? Probably after meeting up with some other classic fairytale characters. Like the Big Bad Wolf.

A stepmother and stepsisters with truly weird looking laughs.

Some serious girl talk.

More of Red Riding Hood.

A prince that was raised to be charming, not sincere. Also super honest, apparently.

And whatever the heck is going on here:

From the sound of it, Meryl's singing is pretty on point! I'm not sure if she can compete with Bernadette Peters, but this is already consider this a step up from Mamma Mia. I also can't wait to see how the rest of the cast holds up.

P.S. I was shocked to find out that Chris Pine can sing (check out my article about it here). And it's not that he can only sing a little bit. He's a seriously great crooner.

I don't know about you guys but I'm genuinely excited about [Into the Woods](movie:342930) now we only have to wait until Dec 25 to see it!
