October, also known in my house as Hocus Pocus month, finally came to an end last week. But it's not all bad news. Along with the discounted Halloween candy and red Starbucks cups, comes even better news: Bette Midler and the gang are down to make Hocus Pocus 2!

Yes, it's true! In her Reddit AMA (from which, by the way, she seems like a lovely woman) for her new album 'It's The Girls', Bette was bombarded with questions and comments regarding the Halloween classic. So much so that she updated her post to include this:

Inundate the Disney company, because I have canvassed the girls and they are wiling to do it, but we have no say in it, so if you want a HOCUS POCUS 2, ask the Walt Disney company. You have been SO adorable. This has been most enlightening. SISTAHS!

Sistahs and brothas, you heard the woman. Let us unite and make Hocus Pocus happen so that we can make our Halloween nights all the more mystical! Some of you might be thinking this sounds out of the question.

The power of fans is no joke (all of you Moviepiloters know that already). One of the larger problems when it comes to sequels is getting the talent onboard. Well, since they've already stated interest in the idea, maybe we could make this happen for real!

How great would it be to see Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Kathy Najimy back together again as the Sanderson Sisters?

As we all know, the trio perished back in 1993. I'd be interested to see how they came back from beyond the grave. There is this little line that reminds us she's already been to Hell and back at least once. What's one more time?

Just in case you were wondering if Bette kept anything from the Hocus Pocus set, she did. And it's exactly what you hoped she'd keep.

So, there you have it. I'm not exactly sure how to go about this. A letter writing campaign? A Kickstarter? I don't know how, but I'm all in.
