Possible Spoilers Ahead
Who is the Biggest, Big Bad of the Star Wars Universe?
Most casual fans would say that the biggest threat the Star Wars Universe faces is the Empire, or the Sith they would be wrong. Until recently the Lost Tribe of the Sith had no reason to fight alongside the Jedi but when Abeloth was discovered in the Maw, the place where the Jedi hid their children during the invasion of the Yuuzhan Vong.
What is Abeloth?
Abeloth is a creature who is almost made up completely of force energy and was imprisoned for centuries in the Maw in some other sort of dimension. The other demension could only be reached by a deep form of meditation which will kill and almost suck the lives out of any force sensitive who uses it to get there. Some how the dimension became reality and Abeloth was set free and started to destroy the Galaxy as a whole.
Jedi and Sith working together?
The Jedi and Sith worked together briefly in order to beat the force creature known as Abeloth. While on a mandatory banishment from the Galactic Alliance and the Jedi Order, due to his nephews turn to the dark side, Luke Skywalker and his son Ben Skywalker found that the sith were still alive, doing well, and not biding by the rule of two anymore. Luke eventually found out about Abeloth and that he could not stop this monster by himself. He formed a very loose alliance with the Lost Tribe of the Sith in order to defeat a greater enemy. Unfortunately they were betrayed by the Lost Tribe and the Jedi was almost destroyed after destroying Abeloth.
Why is Abeloth the Next Possible Villain?
Abeloth is the best possible choice to fight against Luke Skywalker, the Jedi, and the Galactic Alliance. Abeloth is in essence the force and is AWOKEN by the Jedi Children being so close to the MAW. It just makes sense to me, Abeloth is awoken and the new title Star Wars Episode 7: The Force Awakens, and could be the next three movies story lines very easily. In fact I hope it is because everything else I have read is just bad.
What do you think, is the Biggest Big Bad of the Expanded Universe making an appearance in [Star Wars: Episode VII — The Force Awakens](movie:711158) & the next three movies?
