After 20 years of swirling around in the movie-making ether, the sequel to Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniel's Dumb & Dumber will finally enter US theaters today.
So far the sequel, Dumb and Dumber To, has failed to impress critics, although the audiences who have seen it seem happy to give it their stamp of collective approval. However, there's one thing both the critics and audiences seemed to have missed - a super-secret cameo from one of Hollywood's biggest names.
Now, I'm not going to spoil the surprise just yet, but a new clip has just arrived on the internet which does show the cameo in all its blink and you'll miss it glory. Watch it below and see if you can figure out who it is:
So who is this mysterious meth-cook? Well, take a closer look below and see if you can crack the mystery (yes, that was a drug pun):
Of course, it's practically impossible to see his face, but there could be a slight hint in his distinctive, if slightly muffled, voice.
And before you say it, no, it's not Bryan Cranston.
Still can't figure it out? Well, hit the spoiler tag below to find out who it really is.
The man behind the mask is actually none other than the comedy legend himself, Bill Murray. Unfortunately, this is his only appearance in the movie, but as soon as you know its him, it does make this scene about 300% more humorous.
Now you can go see Dumb and Dumber To in theaters with the smug satisfaction that you know something that about 95% of the rest of the audience doesn't. Enjoy the feeling of superiority while it lasts.
