I think it's fair to say that The Walking Dead is the best (if not, one of the best) drama TV shows ever made - so it doesn't get too many complaints. Now I'm not here to "complain" as such, but I think I know a way to make '[The Walking Dead](series:201193) Universe' a little more realistic then it already is - and it's all to do with the 'walkers.'

*Spoilers ahead*

Let's get straight to the point. As far as I can remember, we've only seen 3 child walkers up until last weeks episode (season 5 episode 6), and I find that TOTALLY unrealistic. We had the original child walker from season 1, episode 1 (pictured above), Sophia in season 2, and last weeks episode had the silhouette of a child walker through a door.

I also wouldn't say that we often see zombies with physical disabilities - an amputated leg, or with their arm in a cast etc - I just feel little things like this could make the show that much more interesting.

In a world where the dead came back to life, there'd definitely be a lot of child walkers, and that's just a sad fact. I'm guessing the reason that infected children are very rarely shown in the series is simply because people don't want to see zombie kids - for some, it could be very upsetting.

I think that yes, although it potentially could be upsetting for some people, it would make the world a hell of a lot more realistic - because 99.9% of the walkers in the show are adults, and we all know that's not an accurate representation of the human population on earth.

Enough about my thoughts, it's time for you guys to decide! Do you think there should be more child walkers in the show, or do you think it's realistic enough at current? Let me know!

Should 'The Walking Dead' feature more child walkers?
