It's Official! Zack Snyder's Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice has finished principle photography.

The news comes from cinematographer Larry Fong, who posted a short video to Instagram of snow falling on some black material that we speculate might be part of Ben Affleck's costume for the film.

Now, thanks to the snow, we feel as though we may end up seeing a scene of Batman and Superman clashing in a winter swept Gotham, similar to a scene depicted in Frank Miller's The Dark Knight Returns #4. This wouldn't be all that surprising, considering we've been told numerous times that the film is heavily influenced by the classic story - and author Frank Miller is even serving as a consultant on the film!

Batman V. Superman has spent the last few months filming in downtown Chicago and New Mexico.

Starring Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck, Amy Adams, Jesse Eisenberg and Jeremy Irons, Batman V. Superman: Dawn of Justice arrives in movie theaters on March 25, 2016.
