What's better than watching an awesome trailer? How about watching all of the awesome trailers at once? Oooh yeah, you know that's how you want to spend your day.

Thanks to Fandango Movieclips, we can do just that. Check out this super cool mashup of the best trailers of 2014:

I love how the video completely changes tone as the trailers go on. From fun and funky to intense and inspiring, it pretty much encapsulates all of the feelings I had while watching these movies.

So here are some things that seemed to be big in the trailers of 2014:

Dancing

Guardians of the Galaxy
Guardians of the Galaxy

As is was displayed by Baby Groot, Jamie Foxx, Anna Kendrick, and the penguins of Madagascar, amongst others.

Fast-Paced Scenes

Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens
Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens

From the Dodge Challenger in [Nightcrawler](movie:938302) to the chariots in [Exodus: Gods and Kings](movie:44617), and especially Daisy Ridley on her speeder from [Star Wars: Episode VII — The Force Awakens](movie:711158), this year's trailers have not been lacking in the adrenaline department.

The Supers

Avengers: Age of Ultron
Avengers: Age of Ultron

This means heroes and villains alike. Since we know pretty much all of the awesome stuff Marvel and DC will be dropping in for the foreseeable future, every image of one of these characters is reason enough to celebrate. Special shoutout to Spidey for being great.

Alternate Worlds

Tommorwland

From what I can see, between [Tomorrowland](movie:731011), [Pan](movie:1173941), and [Into the Woods](movie:342930), 2015 will be just as big on Fantasy as 2014 was. I'm not complaining!

Overcoming Obstacles

Unbroken

Isn't that what most movies are about anyway? Even so, this year's trailers had enough inspirational material to get me out of bed and into the theaters plenty of times.

Venturing Into the Galaxy

Jupiter Ascending
Jupiter Ascending

This year we had great movies that reached the outer limits of time and space. Thanks to movies like [Interstellar](movie:813746) and [Guardians of the Galaxy](movie:424073), we've been able leave the planet without a spaceship. Plus, bonus immaturity laughs at this ship formation in the [Jupiter Ascending](movie:267863) trailer.

This isn't necessarily saying that these are the best movies of 2014 (half of these aren't even out yet), but that they're the best trailers of 2014.

If you want to discuss your favorite movie of the year, we have the perfect place for that! We want you to weigh in on best movie of 2014 here. The best news is, if you comment on the rounds you are immediately entered to win a Blu-Ray/DVD prize package. Pretty sweet, huh?
