Hey guys, I'm Nate: writer and fan of all things Star Wars and DC Media.

So, if you have not seen Episode 3.09 "The Climb" of Arrow, I would greatly advise you read absolutely no further until you go watch it.....................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................

There be spoilers ahead!!!

Still here? Okay.

I could address all the questions and answers that came our way, but for sake of time, I won't. Mainly I want to talk about where this episode leaves our heroes in Starling City, and what I believe is coming to [Arrow](series:720988) in the second half of the season. This article could contain potential spoilers for the future also.

At the end of "The Climb" viewers were given perhaps the most epic and sad cliff-hangers of television: the hero (for whom the show is named) dies. That's right Ollie/Arrow is dead. Here's the video.......

Now there are some who believe Oliver didn't die, but operating under the assumption that he is....at least for now....what does this mean for upcoming episodes of Arrow.

1. I believe both Nyssa and Ra's will find out who really killed Sarah?

If you've seen the episode you know the killer is revealed to be (spoilers) Thea Queen/Merlyn. If Ra's al Ghul and the League of Assassins are to truly be this seasons main antagonists, then this will be what drives them to attack Starling City.

2. Thea will find out that Merlyn sent her brother to his death and turn on him.

Everyone keeps speculating on whether Thea will turn out good or bad. I believe the answer lies in her very character. Back in season 1, Thea got into some trouble and made the best out of it by helping Laurel. In season two, after Oliver disappears again, she becomes the nightclub manager. The very essence of her character is good; though she has been through it, especially last season, I believe she will be outraged when she learns how Merlyn used her.

3. Oliver Queen will return.

This one is a given; the show is about him. I've heard some suggest that it will be his herbs that restore his health after someone finds his body (probably Merlyn); but the most likely theory is that the Lazarus Pit will be involved. I am hoping that he does not come back to the team in 3.10. It would be much better to keep the flashback story going while we see the team work without Oliver for a little while.

4. Heroes will band together (Justice League?)

Let me explain. We know that within the next couple of episodes, Laurel will don the domino mask and the Black Canary name. We have seen in past episodes that she does have a little bit of Martial Arts experience combine that with what she has been learning from Ted Grant/Wildcat: you have a moderate fighter. The Black Canary from the comics? Not yet, but we are getting there.

So last season, Team Arrow joined with the League to fight the mirakuru army; this season, team Arrow will join with Black Canary, Wildcat, and hopefully the Atom. I am hoping we progress Palmer's story far enough to see him suit-up by the end of the season, even if he doesn't shrink.

We may even see some villains team up with our heroes in the finale, and we can only hope that the Suicide Squad will be among them.

Well Arrow fans, there it is: what I believe we are in for before Season 3 ends. What did you think? Am I close or way off base? What do you hope happens before the end of Season 3?

Comment below, but please have respect. I do not use foul language and I would ask you do the same here.

What hero are you looking forward to suiting up the most on Arrow?
