Mockingjay part 1 was an incredible film with a great score, cinematography, special effects and acting.

As a fan of TheHunger Games books I was extremely happy with how well the story was interpreted on film. The cast and crew did an amazing job of transporting us to the city of Panem and making it more than just fiction.

There were parts of the movie that were action packed and would have you at the edge of your seat,

then there were the parts that would make you come close to tears.

Mockingjay part 1 shows the start of a civil war between the rebels,

and the Capital of Panem.

All the action, the fight scenes, the constant battle between good and evil was done perfectly right down to the very last explosion. I'd say the action aspect of the movie was definitely the best.

Some of the most moving and heart wrenching parts of Mockingjay were when we see Peeta, who had been captured by the Capital. In those few scenes we feel ominous as we realise how much power the Capital has and just how far they're willing to go. I guess you could say it is in those few moments of the film that viewers feel the slightest bit of, fear.

Jennifer Lawrence did not fail to amaze yet again, she gave an incredible performance as Katniss Everdeen, the Mockingjay.

Liam Hemsworth gave an absolutely amazing performance as Gale, no doubt his best from all three films.

I'd like to give a special mention to Josh Hutcherson for his beautiful and tearjerking performance. He did an amazing job as as Peeta Mellark, who is now being used as a weapon by the Capital.

Every

actor

in the movie brought their characters to life perfectly!

All in all Mockingjay part 1 was a terrific movie, full of suspense and intrigue, with such a powerful ending that will leave viewers who havent read the book dying until the next movie. If I had just one word to describe Mockingjay Part 1, I would say intense, but in a brilliant way.
