Still here? All right, so if you are a Marvel fan or even just a big superhero movie fan, you've obviously heard about the upcoming movie "Captain America: Civil War" which is set for theaters in May 6th, 2016. Now if you're a comic book fan, then you know that Civil War was a comic book with Iron Man and Captain America fighting, and then at the end of the storyline, Cap ends up being dead.

Crossover much?
Crossover much?

While also being a very good chance for the possible new Spider-Man (which would be played by Logan Lerman), the new Fantastic Four, and even an X-Men tie-in, this is also going to be a "versus" film. Sound familiar?

My point is why are Marvel and DC movies trying to be better than each other. I mean these two movies are almost the exact same thing. The difference? Different superheroes. While [Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice](movie:711870) was announced quite a while ago, Civil War was planned not too long ago. So is the MCU trying to outrun DCCU with a movie that's...pretty much already gonna be made?

BONUS THEORY

What if Iron Man is blamed by Cap for the events of [The Avengers: Age Of Ultron](movie:293035), and then that leads into Civil War with the two of them still pissed off at each other?
