In the slew of leaks by the infamous Sony Hackers comes new information regarding the 3rd and 4th films in the Avengers series.
Just after the the recent leaks concerning Marvel's wish to have Spider-Man in their upcoming Captain America: Civil War. Spidey played a crucial role in the comic storyline and it is understandable that the company wants the wall-crawler back from Sony.
Communications between Winter Soldier directors, Joe and Anthony Russo and Amy Pascal discussing Avengers 3 and 4, showing that they are likely candidates to helm the films. The brothers say that they will first direct a Gray Man film for Sony in which they want Tony Stark himself, Robert Downey Jr. to star in.
The Russo bros. also offered to direct a Spider-Man film if Marvel were to retain the rights to the character from Sony. In an email shown below, Joe Russo contacts Sony executive, Amy Pascal in regards to the potential movie.
We can produce Spiderman. My brother and I through the new production contract. I know this would be a difficult conversation with Tomalch and Avi, but I think it can be a conversation worth having, what do you think?
Pascal had contact just a week earlier with Avi Arad, pictured below, who spoke of a Venom spinoff film.

I think Venom is one of the biggest movies that we can do. By the way, all ads of Disney Infinity has the Venom. Venom was previously featured as a secondary villain in the trilogy concluding 2007 film, Spider-Man 3 portrayed by That 70s Show star, Topher Grace.
