Vampires, demons, and forces of darkness beware. Spencer Hastings has dealt with your kind before, and she's a force of nature.
1. She's straight-up determined.
No one cares more about finding and nailing "A" more than Spencer Hastings. She doesn't give up and does whatever it takes to get to truth and justice. What an ambitious streak! A Vampire Slayer needs determination like that, and Spencer would pour all of her attention into fighting the monsters. She already does.
2. But she knows how to have fun.
Buffy fans, hear me out on this one. Why do we love Faith? Because she's got a reckless side. Spencer is the same way. When things get tough, she's not afraid to let her guard down and have a good time. A good Slayer knows that it's not always about the job. Sometimes, life is pretty important, too.
3. She has incredible sense of style.
Slayer fashion is key. You want to look your best when driving a stake through the fanged ones. Spencer's got that totally under control. Just look at her Halloween costume!
4. She's highly intuitive.
Spencer looks at things, and she understands. She can make pieces of the puzzle fit together better than any of the other Liars, and this is why she's the best at solving the mysteries. If Spencer were a Slayer, she wouldn't even need a Watcher. She'd already know why the big bad was in town.
5. She's the master of threatening monsters.
If she can make a mean girl shake in her stilettos, she can scare a vampire back into the Hellmouth where it belongs.
6. She cares about the people in her life. Like, a lot.
Aria is Spencer's Dawn, her proverbial little sister, and she'd do anything to protect her. In fact, Spencer would do and has done anything if it meant her friends would be safe in the end. They're the most important people in her life, even more than her family who doesn't really get it. Sound like any famous Slayer to you?
7. Don't underestimate her physical strength.
I already wouldn't want to get into a brawl with Spencer. I can't imagine how terrifying she'd be with Slayer strength. Everyone, quick, hide!
8. Yeah, totally.
But she'd have to be if she was the Slayer! That's kind of the point. A girl who doesn't look like she could take you down is your biggest enemy. Spencer's already practiced at being that girl, so why not let her slay the demons with that attitude?
9. She's full of the quips.
Not only is the Slayer quick on her feet, she's quick with her tongue. Just before cutting some beast's head off, Spencer would have a traditional, witty remark to throw at him. She's cerebral, and that's important.
10. She gets those vulnerable moments.
It's OK, Spence. You're not in this "A" game alone, and you wouldn't slay alone, either.
11. She's selfless.
There's a greater good out there, and Spencer wants to fight for it. Whether that's unmasking the Rosewood tormentor or closing the Hellmouth, she can do it. She will do it.
12. She's already got the best combat techniques.
Hey, every Slayer needs a signature move, right?
I mean, I would watch Spencer the Vampire Slayer. Would you?
