The Flash definitely gave its viewers much to talk about in the past three months that it has been on the air. But, what were its top moments?

10. The Flash Running up the Building / Water

There are some aspects of [The Flash](series:1068303)’s powers that viewers might have not expected to see so early on. Flash running on water was definitely one of those moments.

When it was first announced that The CW was planning to develop The Flash, there were those who were excited, and those who were nervous. This scene alone assured everyone that The Flash is in great hands.

8. The Flash is Born

Would The Flash suffer the same fate as the Vigilante/The Hood/The Arrow? Of course not, thanks to Iris West, who finally gave up on calling our Scarlet Speedster, The Streak, and instead started calling him The Flash. A well deserved name for anyone running at 837 mph!

7. Gorilla Grodd

When viewers saw the cage in the Pilot, viewers went bananas. Of course, no one actually expected Grodd to appear on the show, but when Grodd was confirmed by the producers, viewers went ape.

Don't mind me...I'm just a evil mastermind.

6. Harrison Wells' Newspaper

In the Pilot, not much was known about Harrison Wells besides his role in the particle accelerator and his interest in the potential medical advancements that are within Barry’s cells…or so it seemed. It was later revealed that Wells had an article from 2024 – beginning one of the shows’ biggest mysteries. Who is Harrison Wells?

4. Captain Cold Derailing The Train

It was only the fourth week on the air, but that didn’t stop producers from giving viewers what they wanted. They went out of their way to make viewers experience The Flash in a cinematic style.

3. Flash vs. Reverse-Flash

We were introduced to the killer speedster in the Pilot, and we finally got the fight that we were itching to see since the first episode. Despite losing to The Reverse-Flash, it still goes down as one of the show's best encounters.

2. Flash vs. Arrow

The topic was toyed with when The Flash was first announced, but viewers didn't expect this battle to occur so soon. Stakes were raised high surrounding the "Avengers-sized" showdown, and it did not disappoint.

1. Harrison Wells and the Reverse-Flash Suit

In the final moments of the The Man in the Yellow Suit, viewers saw Wells powering The Reverse-Flash's suit with the tachyon prototype. It appeared that the mystery surrounding Harrison Wells was solved...or was it?
