For me, Christmas is a time of overindulgence, border-line alcoholism and all the cake, which is why January is a month when I make promises to myself to cut out the crap and get in shape.

However, I normally fail due to my lack of motivation and/or access to baked confectionary.

This year, though, is going to be different. Why? Because this year I've got Batman in my corner.

Neilarey.com has created a workout plan that will get you in the same shape as the Dark Knight - and the best part is you can do it all from the comfort of your own home.

It involves doing a circuit of 9 different exercises, including:

Squats

Punches

And Leg Raises

Although, none of these should be carried out on another actual human being (unless they are the Mutants, of course).
