In typical Activision full blooded promotional fashion, the publishing leviathan has requested the aid of a very special super soldier to help promote Call Of Duty Online in China. And, naturally, he has dutifully accepted the call.
Our very own Captain America, otherwise known as Chris Evans (IRL), joins four Chinese buddies in their successful attempt at, quite simply, blowing the heck out of stuff in the name of video game teamwork!
It's not the first time Activision have recruited a big name to front their adverts, Jonah Hill, Robert Downey Jr., Omar Sy, Taylor Kitsch and Emily Ratajkowski have all appeared in promotional footage for the world renowned shooter.
Call Of Duty Online was developed by Raven Software, better known for 2009's cross platform Wolfenstein. Remember that? And the game will be published in co-operation with Chinese investment holding company Tencent.
The ad is absolutely insane, but the CGI is a bit suspect in places... check it out yourself!
