He is due to do a period film in his first starring role this summer set in the 1600's as an Igorot Warrior named Lao-Ang in "Cordillera sa Dulo ng Panahon" ("Igorot Warrior, a Face from the Past") to be shot in Bontoc, Mountain Province in the Cordilleran Mountain ranges in the Philippines.

Born July 2, 1988. Grew up in San Francisco around the martial arts community and started forming significant memories. In the late 90’s, Olympian and Action Star Monsour Del Rosario mentored him to start training in Tae Kwon Do a discipline that honed him through the years. Winning gold medals in his days of competition, garnering multiple medals in the Carlos Palanca Jr. (CPJ) Taekwondo open and gave him an opportunity to be a part of the Philippine Team. However Ian decided to continue his education in the States and obtained a Bachelor's degree at the Dominican University of California in foreign service. "Ang Bagong Dugo" (New Blood ) was his first introductory stint to Philippine Cinema, Netizens dubbed him, as a revelation, the motion picture was his first acting vehicle; released in June last year and followed by: William Wycherley's "The Country Wife" adapted by Filipino stage director Tony Mabesa "Ang Misis kong Promdi" staged at the University of the Philippines from November to December also in 2014.
